'betraying spaces'?

I hear the word cheap a lot; I've heard cheesy. A lot of people are fussing about paint jobs that are not finished and about inferior carpentry.

*crash*tinkle* there went another one of my illusions.

If you're going on Trading Spaces, you have to know it's a crapshoot. The TS producers should screen participants better. The designer gave that Kasey woman a beautiful room. It may not have been in the colors that Kasey wanted, but there was nothing wild or outrageous or indulgent about the end product. What I think they omit from that article is that Kasey actually had the designer escorted out of her house - and all because she wanted different color walls.
